Mighty Mos Def gets 2 GRAMMY Nods!...Others?

Its about time our man Mos Def got not 1 but 2 Grammy nominations from off his stellar/still slept on album ESTATIC. Even though the committee is like 1o yrs behind its kool for the moment. If you haven't copped-downloaded and a must PAID for it you are definitely missing out on a serious music experience. Now if he can only get his chops up to get that win on the Oscar side of things...hmmmmm

What up just had to let yall know briefly about my homey DJ Twilite Tone doin his thang last thurs @ Lava Lounge in Wicker Park section of Chi-City. Coming by way of NYC, he tore it down as usual doing his eclectic yet head nodding set "Great Weekend". He currently holds it down @ club APT in the Big Apple so check em out if u up that way. If you don't know about him, he is partly responsible for some of Common(Sense) songs on his 1st two albums and appeared with him in his 1st couple of music vids. So, he is def a Chi-City Hip Hop torch bearer. Peace to my people @ the joint gud seeing U: ADD2, Prime Meridian, JMB(Yaw & Phenom), and Duane of Dr. Wax. Gud Vibes. Gud time. And enough Hip Hop to go around!
